RETURN POLICIES

Orders are allowed to be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Assuming the work is returned in perfect condition and within the time allowed, you will receive a refund for the price paid for the work within 14 days.

Assuming the work is returned in perfect condition and within the time allowed, you will receive a refund for the price paid for the work. Returns will not be accepted if the works are not in the same condition in which they were sent or damage is observed.

Returned works must be carefully packaged with their original packaging or if you have already removed the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing packaging materials and shipping the artwork safely.

Please note that the cost of shipping the artwork is again your responsibility. The costs of sending the works to be exchanged or returned by post will be borne by the customer and in no case will OBA/ART accept returns sent to postage due.

OBA/ART will only cover the return costs in the event that your order is damaged in the course of its shipment. In this case, you must notify OBA/ART via our contact email info@obaart.com within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt.

If the product is defective in origin, you must send an email to info@obaart.com with the invoice number explaining the defect and we will tell you how to return it to OBA/ART. Once received and checked, we will send you another one in return as long as we have availability of the same work. In this case the exchange for the same item or reference, OBA/ART will take care of the ports corresponding to the return and the new shipment.

Please note that OBA/ART is not responsible for undelivered returns, so we recommend that you secure shipping when returning a work of art.
